If you are not satisfied with an item, you have 14 days to declare your cancellation. We will cover the costs for the return shipment. In this case, please use the return slip enclosed with the consignment and the return label. If you would like to order the item again in a different version, you can place a new order with us in the All4Golf online shop.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Golfversand Hannover GmbH, Kugelfangtrift 6b, 30179 Hannover-Vahrenheide, E-Mail: contact@all4golf.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. This includes, among other things, all customised logo articles.
The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery. Further information on cancellation can be found in the cancellation policy.
