The Super Select Newport is the latest version of Scotty's classic soft bumped blade and features a new I-Beam plumb neck, the Newport's signature rounded features and a double-milled face structure inspired by the putters favoured by tour players. Precision milled in the USA from 303 stainless steel, this putter has a solid clubface, a shod stainless steel finish, adjustable performance sole weights milled from raw tungsten and includes the series' new textured Pistolini Plus grip and head cover.
NEW I-BEAM PLUMBING NECK
The new precision moulded necks give each model a sportier, industrial look, but also allow for the removal and targeted transfer of weight from the neck to the heel and toe of the putter head. Coupled with a strategically placed notch on the plumbing neck models - for precise lie adjustments - and Scotty's larger signature milled dots in the pocket, additional weight could be carefully redistributed to improve performance.
