The PXG 0311 T GEN4 irons combine our most advanced technology and innovations to date in a design inspired by professional tournament players, offering unparalleled distance and precision. Our five-time forged 0311 T irons are ideal for players seeking maximum adaptability and forgiveness in a blade design. XCOR TECHNOLOGY XCOR is the result of a multi-year research and development project. Specifically developed for use in our irons, the patented polymer material is incredibly soft and explosive. It is highly compressible, allowing more movement of the clubface and a gigantic sweet spot. ULTRA-THIN CLUBFACE Made from high-strength HT1770 maraging steel and only 0.058" (~1.55 mm) thin, PXG presents the thinnest clubface in golf. Combined with our proprietary XCOR technology, the ultra-thin clubface provides incredible forgiveness and the best C.O.R. performance to date! 5X FORGED Each iron is forged five times from 8620 soft carbon steel, resulting in a tight grain structure that increases strength, extends groove life, and improves overall feel and appearance. MILLED BACK Milling the back of each iron is a highly precise process that reduces wall thickness more than forging alone would allow. This creates a high-performance cavity design and improved aesthetics. PRECISION WEIGHTING TECHNOLOGY The Precision Weighting Technology, inspired by the outstanding adaptability of our metalwoods and putters, presented in the GEN4 irons features a large weight located near the center of gravity on the back of the clubhead. The weight can be adjusted in 2-gram increments during a fitting to allow golfers various configurations of clubhead weight, achieving optimal personalized performance.
