Behind the Design The inspiration for the Nike TW '13 started with Tiger himself. An avid fan of Nike Free shoes, he asked for a golf shoe that gave him the same fit and feel as the shoes he used for running, weightlifting and training. The result was a combination of comfort and performance that changed golf shoes as we know them Swing through The specially designed outsole mimics the natural movement of the foot and combines the traction of a lightweight performance golf shoe. This innovative outsole enables longer ground contact and better transfers the foot's energy to the shoe and thus to the ground. Perfect wearing comfort Nike's Dynamic Fit system offers targeted support, an optimal power-to-weight ratio and a snug fit. Flywire-reinforced nylon straps extend 360 degrees from the footbed to the lacing system, securing the foot for an adaptive fit that provides stability and manoeuvrability when playing golf. Tour-level traction Modernised removable spikes and spike receptacles provide exceptional grip.
